Can’t I just connect my company data to Claude or ChatGPT?
A frontier model with connectors can summarize what your team wrote. It can’t tell you which decisions still hold, because validity isn’t in the text. Apostra maintains the record itself: status, supersession, confirmation, receipts.
Is this enterprise search?
No. Search answers a question from the documents you already have. Apostra is modeling the company itself: the decisions, the actions that followed, who and what they touch, and whether each call still holds. The decision record is the first layer of that model. Briefs, project state, and the context your agents run on are all derived from it.
Is my data safe?
We sign a DPA before any access. Apostra is a processor: read-only, allowlisted channels only, private channels and DMs excluded by default, single-tenant storage during pilots, no training on your data without explicit opt-in, and delete-with-receipt anytime. Your whole org can see an audit page of exactly what is ingested, your full graph is exportable, and you can revoke our access from your own admin console the moment you choose.
Do we have to change how we work?
No. No wiki, no templates, no new habits. If your decisions leave a text trail, Apostra can work with it. If they live only in meetings with no notes, honestly, it can’t. Yet.
